X1 ordered or not?

I made a call to Xfinity customer service on Thursday the 21st to order the X1 equipment.  Everything went well on the phone and she told she upgraded my plan.  She told me it would be $159.99 a month for the next 24 months.  Since then I never received an email saying things had been changed and when my equipment would be arriving.  I had to fish around my account online to find that it had been changed but still no idea when or if the equipment is coming. I hate calling so I thought I check here first. Any ideas?
