Free month of Stream TV - being charged

Hello,

 

On March 30th a Comcast representative added Stream TV to my account indicating that the first month is free. The same day I have received an email from Comcast inicating that the free month starts today (see comcast-1-email.jpg). I do not use it so I have decided to cancel it yestarday (4/28).

 

Yesterday I have noticed that I am actually being charged for the Stream TV service: $10 for the service, $5 broadcast fee and some taxes. I called Comcast today and the representative indicated that there is no such free month. I tried to explain that I had the email but she didn't see any emails sent to my mailbox past 2013!!!! Once I inquired about the 30 days money back guarantee, only then the representative was able to credit $10 which should appear on my next bill (fingers crossed), however, "the broadcast fee stays" so I was told.

 

1. Can I please have the broadcast fee credited to my account?

2. Can somebody please confirm that the account was credited $10?

2. Can somebody please confirm that my Stream TV was actually canceled? I still see it on my account.
