We have had poor service since we got it last fall. It crashes constantly. It is slow and we pay for higher speed. I hate that I am paying for a,service. Quite a,bit I must say and it doesn't work they don't seem to care. You have to wait days to have a tech out. I stI'll have to pay. Oh they give me a free movie or something. This is wrong you pay for a service you should get it
