No one able to offer any assistance to this thread? I see admins responding to other threads with similar issues with customer service, but no response here. Anyone? I would like to have this issue addressed today as I'm extremely busy during the week and I've exhausted hours this weekend (my only free time) trying to find an answer to my question and resolve this issue. Is there a number or email address to someone that can actually help?
