Your contract is for the Performance 25 Internet service level, so you must maintain this package for the term of the agreement. The Blast! speed is an add-on that is currently not contracted in this agreement. Instead it is an additional $13.00 each month. If you ever wanted to remove this speed increase, you would be free to do so without penalty.
