An ETA on fixing the issue would be helpful. 

 

Also - the posting is INCORRECT.  It's not just through the Xfinity Connect Communications Center. IMAP mail is also down.  Can't send or receive.  Mail is down.  Period.  They added time to the posting - now at 53 minutes - but it's clearly been down longer than that.
