Sign in to My Account as the PRIMARY Comcast user account (email address).
If there is an appointment set up you will see it on the over-view page. Under the appointment date and time is a link for View appointment details. Click the link, scroll down to the bottom of the page click Reschedule, scroll down the page that opens and click Cancel. Confirm the cancellation.
It can also be cancelled by clicking the Reschedule appointment blue box on the Overview page OR Billing & Payments/Service appointments on the right side of the page.
OR you can call Comcast to cancel by talking to an agent or wading through the voice system and use the automated cancel appointment feature.
