Why does our xfinity service go down when we have a power outage when my neighbors Fios is fully functional? We have a backup generator to power the house and loose all our security cameras as well as basic services. Last fall it was 4 days we were down and no credit or anything. They are saying it could be a week this time. It went out this afternoon.
