Damage to property no response to complaint

On March the 3rd your contractor came to my home and did an installation, in the process of the installation, while working in the attic, he stepped onto the ceiling and broke through. He said he had contacted his supervisor and they would return 3 days later to assess the repairs needed. A week went by and no show, no calls. I went to the Atlanta Office (Camp Creek) made a formal complaint, re ticket #034919861. about 5 days later I received a call setting an appointment for Thursday the 17th between 3 & 4 PM. I was at home all day to facilitate but of course NO SHOW NO CALLS. Went back to the office on Friday was told I should receive a call shortly, today is the 21st of march 2016, I AM STIIL FOR SOME ACTION ON COMCAST PART.  This writing is pre-emtive to further action where this matter is not resolve shortly. ANYONE EVER NOTICE HOW HARD IT IS TO FIND A PHONE NUMBER FOR A GIANT COMPANY AS COMCAST??
