Oh jezz, you said "up to" 200 meanwhile you effectively put my account under 150 Mbps plan according to the info shown in my account. Now you are playing the card of "maybe problems lie at customer's equipments" although I have the latest technologies. I guess it is time for me to forward the chat transcript to the press and I will let my friends know that they should stay away from Comcast.
