Feeling frustrated.

So...on two different nights last week, On Demand wasn't working.  Yesterday morning the internet went down and I had to call the Comcast tech to re-set the modem..after trying that myself. Later in the evening, while changing channels, the tv froze.  I had to unplug the cable from the back of the Comcast box and let Xfinity go thru its' whole connecting process.   Today the tv froze again, unplugged cable..blah blah blah.   Great product Comcast...not!
