I posted my concern about the cable in my yard not burried on 4/6/2016. Same day, Comcast agent reported that issue has been escalated, but to this day (4/12/2016, 12:45 PM), no one has contacted or done anything about it. Not sure why it takes this long. It would be nice if they take care of the customer needs in a timely manner. I am NOT impressed by their service. Sometimes I wonder if I made the right decision to switch to Comcast.
