Has anyone used the Better Business Bureau to get Comcast to give you the package your ordered and remove the unauthorized services they have added? Calling does not help. I have an email indicating what our service should be changed to, X1 service. It has unauthorized additions to our service and Comcast has not changed the package they have listed on their website (our old package and has no notations that we changed our service on 4/22/16; however, we did receive a new X1 box from them we are waiting to install until we know what our billing services actually are. Calling we get a different answer from every operator in the Philippines and US if we can get through to the US..
