Re: Service Protection "Spam" and cannot chat to clear it up.

I was able to finally get a chat session to work and was helped by Amir (CHAT ID: FF9B8D86-B9DE-45C8-8325-9777A0B26613).

As far as I know, the issue is resolved, but I won't know for sure until I get next month's bill.
