regional sports fee escalation 300% 1 month after Yes channel was dropped by Comcast. how can it be legal for comcast to drop YES channel part of our "defined line -up", saving itself millions of dollars, and less than 30 days later INCREASE its charge to customers for regional sports fees by 300%??
i have repeated called and asked for an email adress to complain to customer service or a customer advocate or management about this egregious, UNBELIEVABLE, financial asssualt on Comcast' customer base.
i was lied to and told there was a personal contact email address on the "contact us page". there is not.
do you guys have any scrupples, morals, or ethics????
