Having chronic, recurring hours-long outages of all Comcast services in the Cooper City Florida region, west of 100th Aveue on 51st Street. There have been 4 outages in the last 2 weeks, lasting up to several hours - same symptoms each time but not timed to any weather issue, local contractor digging or any other obvious issue. There are repeated component failures and the repairs do not prevent further outages. Have never seen such chronic and repeated outages by Comcast and there needs to be a serious escalation to find out why we are having repeated failures. The outages affect several hundred customers at a time, from what I'm told. Completely unacceptable.
