To Whom it may Concern:
I am having a difficult time trying to reach the correct department within Comcast to discuss a proposed addition to my home.
The proposed addition would encroach upon the 20 ft. Public Utilities Easement (PUE) at the front of my property, my local building department will not approve my project plans without a legal PUE abandonment. Typically, a PUE is 10 ft wide... but for some unknown reason my subdivision was approved for a 20ft setback AND PUE. This is over twice the normal width for a typical subdivision PUE in my area.
I would like to ask Comcast if Comcast would consent to a reduction of the 20ft easement to allow my proposed home addition to be constructed.
Unfortunately, I cannot get past Comcast Customer Support - they do not know where to send me within Comcast to discuss this issue.
I am not completely out of options as to whom I should speak with at Comcast.
