Wow...surprise surprise, it's now past two hours, and still no supervisor callback. I want those at Comcast, to remember something. their bills.
See, every customer, is required to pay their bill by a specific time....and when the bill isn't paid, Comcast largely doesn't care WHY the money is LATE. For them, being busy, or not being able to make a phone call in a certain time, means nothing when the bill doesn't get paid. And, how does Comcast respond in these moments? Late fees, penalties, disconnection of services. Now, they might be polite when they tell you that there's nothing they'll do until the bill's paid, but they still will be fairly adamant about tha money coming FIRST, before any action is made on the account.
Tell me, what penalty do Comcast customers get to enforce when Comcast itself is late? What penalties and refusals of compensation are we entitled to enforce?
