I have recently been having problems with my service cutting out. The picture will cut out and sometimes the sound. I went through all of the steps with an agent and he decided it was a faulty box and would send a new one. There was never any mention of a charge for this. When the box arrived I installed it and called to activate it. All was ok for 30 seconds and then the sound went so low I couldn't hear it at top volume so I called again. They reset some things and the sound worked for a second and then cut out. The agent determined it was a faulty box and recommended a technician come out. I scheduled the technician for today 10-12 in the meantime we reactivated the old box. The following day while watching tv the box gets inactivated and I had to call back and explain the new box doesn't work please leave the old box activated. The next day the same thing happens and my box gets inactivated. Ugh! So I call back and have to run around the house giving all the serial numbers of the boxes in the house. Today a technician should have been here between 10-12 and nobody showed. I finally called at 1 and it was marked the job was completed! Really?!?!?! The agent said she would contact dispatch and have a supervisor call me and get the technician out. Well nobody ever called so I called back AGAIN! They had rescheduled my appointment for next week during a time I am at work and never bothered to call me. So I called again and the agent told me I wasn't home when the technician came. ARE YOU SERIOUS! I have been home all day waiting!! He said because I wasn't home the job was marked as completed and tag was left on the door. My front door has been open all day. Normally they would credit me 20 dollars since they were late but I wasn't home. HA HA! I have been here all day on the phone with comcast and still have no resolution. This has been my worst experience with any company ever.
