Customer service is great...IF you go to a store. But once you're a customer... You're nothing. There is NO 24 hr customer support.. And now they're sending rude salesman to my door at 9:00 at night that don't just knock and be ignored but lay on the doorbell until you answer. (thank you by the way for waking my 5 year old by scaring her with your noise). And then when they ask if this is a good time and I say "who are you".. They don't answer but start the spiel. I interrupt with the question "are you selling something" to which I'm rudely told I said this was a good time. I respond with please don't come back in not interested and the guy rolls his eyes and says "don't you own a tv?"... As a matter of fact I don't. I have service for the internet. But really. Do I need to answer? What gives you or your salespeople the right to invade my time and my space and then get rude with me when I refuse.

Oh wait. That's the Comcast/Xfinity definition of "customer service"... You sell it cheap enough that I need to pay through the indignity of being treated rudely or ignored by your personnel. I guess that's the price of a "deal".

Well. Here's my response to treated like poo and supposed to be grateful in exchange for a discount..

NOT in this girls lifetime!!!
