I had the pleasure of having Joe as my Installation Technician on June 12th. Prior to arriving he placed a courtesy call to let me know how close he was to my house. Joe was very professional and a true expert at what he does. He explained the type of work that needed to take place and we felt comfortable in asking him questions about the process. We just recently purchased our first home and felt very protective in terms of the installation and the work that might need to be done. Our house had no existing outlets. Joe could sense our hesitation and he worked up a plan that did not cause any damage to our walls or new flooring. Upon installation, Joe experienced a problem in activiating our cable box. He wanted to make sure everything was running correctly prior to leaving our house. Although it took about a hour, he was able to discuss the problems with Tier 3 support and resolved the issue. I could tell it was a priority for Joe to make sure we were 100% satisifed with our service and it worked correctly. Job well done! I appreciate Joe for his committment to Customer Service and providing the best experience possible.
