They do NOT offer the discounts the law requires. There is a Telephone Assitance Plan (TAP) to help the elderly and disabled on SSI,but they have found ways to weasle around it.They charge more every few months and you must be on top of it every month or they will rip him off. It requires constant attention and many hours of precious time. they never reduce charges they just say they are not authorized. If they can bully they bully.
