Complaint - internet issues are back again!

Will these issues ever subside?

I have had an enormous amount of issues with Comcast internet services. I thought they were fixed but they seem to have returned. My comnection is back the way it was a year ago when i had about 10 techs come out to "try to fix" the problem. I had new lines ran, techs running direct lines to the node, i went out and purchased a new modem (currently have a zoom and a sb6141), and techs have been "sent" to troubleshoot nodes time-and-time again, yet the issues have seemed to return. The issue should be a simple fix. The only problem is that the issue happens at night when everyone in the neighborhood is connecting and it gets overloaded on top of that if the techs would Get all the noise out of the lines ot would probably help some, but time and time again techs have come out and saw there is an unacceptable about of noise coming in through the lines at the node, but no one seems to get this issue fixed once and for all. My line has been checked well over 10 times and it is clean. Apparently, the other lines connected near me are not; at least that is what i have been told. I hope this rings concerns of ethics within your company as employees are said to complete a job but the job is not yet complete. I say this from experience of having 2 techs say they came out to the property, while i was waiting and expecting them, but no one showed. A customer is suppose to have reliable service, in this case of Comcast high speed internet, and within a degree of acceptability, which i determine should be within a 90% range, according to six sigma it should be way higher. Given these terms, Comcast has failed to provide reliable internet service to me since my posted speed is currently 8mbps download and 12mbps upload and extremely sporadic. To give an idea, i pay for Comcast Blast service which should yield a 75mbps download and 15mbps upload. The provided service is a little off in the math. With all the commercials that Xfinity advertises about being "the fastest in home wifi" and being able to connect multiple devices and stream hd content, i can barely stream hd content without having to buffer. Before the ending of this message i wanted to do another speed test...9.51Mbps down and 12.33 Mbps up. Go figure!
