They are doing that to me too. And also giving much slower internet data speeds than what I'm paying for. Worst of all, they don't care and their customer service will only try to get you to pay more money every month to restore what they are taking away from the contract service. It is a total scam and seems like illegal business practices. Also they are very sneaky to not have a customer service email address or even mailing address, so it's hard to sue them because they will say they never received or you can't prove there was any communication. The more I think about it, I am hating this Comcast for being so dishonest.
