Comcast doesn't call back. Kind of a rule with them.  If you call during normal business hours, though, you have a slightly better than average chance of getting someone on this continent.

If you can, try to call during normal business hours, somewhere in the middle of the day.  You have a little better chance of getting someone in this hemisphere that way.
