I'm a current Xfinity customer and transferring my service to a new address, But the new address has a collection block from a previous tenant! Does the collection department want documents for current customers just to transfer service?

Is there a way to pull your history of service calls?
We have had a broadband nightmare that has now lasted over 2 years. Of course at first we thought a service call, maybe two and we’d have the problem resolved. Well, we know there’s been at least 5 calls in 24 months. There have been line issues throughout so there’s no doubt we have a major infrastructure issue.
I’m looking for a way to pull the history of our calls so I can establish the timeline we’ve dealt with. Is there any way to document the support calls we’ve made so we have that history?

I would like to inquire about getting a PTR created for a static IP address. Any assistance with this is much appreciated.

Re: Create PTR for static IP
Comcast's Business service offers static IPs, but Residential service does not. If you have Business service, please check with your rep or post your question at http://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/.

Apologies for this.

Re: Closing service center
This still doesn't answer my question. The satellite office you are closing is in an area that is close, and safe for many people. The strip mall it is in cannot be charging such an exhoribitant amount of rent to offset the inconvenience to the MANY paying customers that will occur, considering the amount of money made monthly on said customers. This is not right.
Address not recognized
When I attempt to set up Xfinity service, the Xfinity website says my address is not recognized. I had a Comcast sub-contractor install the cable line to my new construction home on June 3. He called in to add my address to the database as soon as it was installed. I have called Comcast 4 times in the meantime, and the contractor has called back twice. The website still does not recognize my address 11 days later.
How can I get my address added so that I can set up service? I really need internet for work!
Re: ER1 Ticket Status?
spoke with someone who stated my ER1 ticket was cancelled and the issue was moved over to Const. They didn't have a forwarding ticket # or a Construction number or POC to call. Anyone have a good contact for Const?
TIA
Comcast Construction Department Contact Requested
I was told that my ER1 ticket was referred over to Const but was not provided any contact info. How can I get in contact with the Construction Department
Easement
I am trying to obtain a letter from Comcast/Xfinity to approve an encroachement of the utility easement on my property. Who do I contact about this? I called and the lady I spoke with wasn't helpful.
