Yes, Joe from CSA called and left a message earlier today.
Unfortunately, I was not able to check to see if the data usage meter was back because my web pages, including Comcast's, were loading so excruiatingly slow that some were even timing out before they could fully load. And my internet speed was over 150 mb/s!
I called Joe back to report this. He "reprovisioned" the Gateway and once that was done, web pages started loading at a normal speed, and have continued to do so, so far. Thank goodness!
And yes, I am now able to see my data usage on the Comcast page (laptop) as well as on my iPhone and iPad using the Xfinity Account app.
