Whar's the best way to get a property damage claim resolved? We have attemped multiple calls, multiple tickets and confirmation
#s and no results. Basically, Comcast ran a new line when upgrading our equipment. Their contractor dug through our sprinkler line, destroyed a sprinkler head, and we can't be sure if the connecting water lines were damaged. We also think that our
drainage system (which diverts water from our basement walls) was cut through when they trenched.
We took pictures as soon as we arrived home because we could see the damage. First, there was no help, then denial of the damage, then they stated that it had been fixed (clearly not, it's exactly the same but at least there was an acknowledgement of damage). We are beyond frustrated and because watering season is upon us, will likely have to eat this to be able to maintain our
lawn and shrubs.
