A few weeks ago I went into my local comcast customer center looking to see what it would cost to upgrade my speed. I was told that my current plan was a grandfathered plan and that if i switched to this other plan it would be faster and the exact same cost. Sounded good so I agreed.
I've been having trouble since. Today I noticed my plan is listed as HSD Performance 25 and previously it was listed as Performance Pro Internet.
How can i get back what I used to have, or get to where the comcast rep said he was putting me?
