just got off the phone with yet another tech.
this is a water issue that has been escalated to a maintanance issue. as of now he says there is NO ETA as to when it will be fixed.
which now raises the issue of the bill again which no one is getting back to me on.
so,...out of the $120 credit that was on my account yesterday,you have billed me for january,correct? the month that we are 21 days into that my serivice hasnt worked. and you expect to bill me for a non working service with no eta as to when it will be fixed?????? correct???
also,....it looks as if I was billed another approx. $75,for what exactly? not fixing the issue and telling me you dont know when it will be fixed?? correct?

I would like a CSR to explain the logic of how this billing structure is acceptable. pay full amount for a broken service with no end in sight,is that really what you think is going to happen?????????
